Hi Colleen,

I just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of my only nephew Oliver Wallace. My sister talks about you guys all the time and loves that you love him as much as she does. Being a country girl, I have to say I laughed like crazy when Marie told me Ollie was going to daycare, but it gives her peace of mind and she just knows Ollie loves going! Thanks again for loving him and I enjoyed the pics on your website. (Having lost our own sweet girl, Honey, in January, your tribute to Chelsea brought tears to my eyes.)

I just wanted to let you know how much Mani and I love Ruff N’ Tumble. Mani is a typical Aussie with a ton of energy. When he acquired us I was concerned that we wouldn’t be able to tire him out and he wouldn’t get enough socialization, but all my worries went away when I found Ruff n’ Tumble. When he hops out of the car at RNT he starts wiggling & wagging his butt double time - he's so excited. He loves it; I love it because he's so happy! It's a wonderful, safe environment they can play in and everyone there is so great and caring to the dogs. Both my husband and I work so it’s comforting to know he’s playing and having a great time at RNT. At the end of the day when I pick him up he is so content and tired, one happy little pup! Thank you for having such a wonderful place for dogs to come to. I recommend RNT to all of my friends (with or without dogs).

DOGGY DAY CARE, YEAH RIGHT!

When I got my puppy, my friend took me to ruffntumble to meet Colleen. I had spoken with her previously in my efforts to adopt another dog. Fate intervened and I was plessed to be paired with Dylan. I told Colleen I would most likely only use her once or twice a month.( I really did not plan on using day care that often). Well four years later,Dylan goes everyday. He is the most well behaved, well balanced and happiest dog I have ever had. I work long hours, and have never been successful in housebreaking my dogs, but Dylan has not had an accident since he was about five months old. I attribute this solely to Colleen and her facility. I was a skeptic at first, but am now a true believer. Not only have I found the best day care for Dylan, but also a lifelong best friend in Colleen. Thanks for everything Colleen and the great staff at Ruffntumble.

When we moved to this area, we were concerned about finding a good daycare for our girls, Murphy and Dru. Ruff N Tumble has been a great environment for both of them. When we rescued Dru, she was painfully shy and anti-social. She has come so far and is such a happy, healthy, interactive dog thanks to the socialization with other dogs at Ruff N Tumble. Murphy is a high-energy lab mix that is more than a handful to keep occupied without the regular exercise and play she gets by going to daycare. Both dogs come home exhausted and happy. It breaks up the monotony of the week for both pups and owners! It’s a safe, healthy environment where dogs can be dogs. Thanks for all you do!

Colleen,

I want to say "Thank you" for taking such wonderful care of my boys. Lollipop has been there for almost 4 years and in that time has become the most amazing dog! Having Ruff N'Tumble has been amazing in trainging him in everyday commands as well as helping him to overcome his fears. I can't believe how quickly the time has gone! It seems that it was just yesterday that Lollipop was this small, fat 4 month old puppy and I needed a place that was safe and friendly for him to play during the day while I was at work! You and your team have been so awesome in always ensuring that if I was running late that someone always stayed with him until I got there. And then came Sugar Cane, my sweet, small boy! You took him right in and helped him to get potty trained and Dixie made sure that he knew what was what and how to behave! In all of my contact and interactions with you, and Jason and CJ, you are always so accomodating and service oriented. Thank you so much for that. It is such a great feeling to know that my sweet boys are taken such good care of and adore you! And then, when Lollipop needed additional training to learn the "off" command, you stepped right up and found a trainer who knew exactly what to do and just did what needed to be done. We love Ruff N'Tumble and all that you do for us!

Luv,

Malaika Sugar Cane and Lollipop!

I BECAME A RUFF-N-TUMBLE PARENT IN JANUARY. I GRADUATED FROM COLLEGE AND MY COCKER SPANIEL (ACE) WAS UPSET THAT MOMMY WAS NOT HOME AS MUCH AS BEFORE. SO THANKFULLY I FOUND COLLEEN AND ALL THE GUYS AT RUFF-N-TUMBLE. THEY ARE WONDERFUL TO ACE. HE GOES ON TUESDAY/ THURSDAY'S AND EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE TREATS HIM LIKE HE WAS THEIR DOG. ACE HAS SEPARATION ANXIETY BUT WHEN HE IS AT RUFF-N-TUMBLE YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW IT. HE RUNS IN THE DOOR READY TO PLAY. AND THE BEST PART IS, WHEN I PICK HIM UP HE IS WORN-OUT SO WHEN I GET HOME I CAN GET THINGS I NEED TO GET DONE ACCOMPLISHED!! COLLEEN AND ALL THE EMPLOYEE'S AT RUFF-N-TUMBLE HAVE TRULY BEEN A BLESSING TO ME AND ACE!!

Bailey loves her "school" days. Every time I pull out her purple "uniform" (harness), she knows where she is going and gets so excited. She jumps right into the Jeep and off we go. She hangs her head out the window and pretty much smiles the whole way there. She loves her "teachers," and her "classmates," but most of all she loves all the tennis balls scattered around the yard. She does miss one of her oldest and dearest friends, though. Her beagle buddy, Jake moved and doesn't live nearby anymore. She has made tons of other friends, though. It's wonderful to drop her off in the morning and see all their energy and hyper dogs running around, playing, singing (I actually heard it), and craziness, and then when I pick her up in the evening, all the dogs are passed out under trees, propped up by the fence, or laying head down in one of the plastic pools waiting for mom or dad to carry them to the car. It's a great feeling knowing that Bailey isn't stuck inside my house all day, but outside watching birds, listening to airplanes, smelling grass, and so much more. I don't know what we did before we found Ruff n Tumble, but we have been going now for 3+ years and won't be stopping. It's part of our weekly routine and one that we both love.

Colleen and the staff at Ruff N' Tumble are wonderful. They are knowledgable and you can tell that they truly care about your "child". When you drop your child off you can leave confident that he or she will have fun, be loved, and be well taken care of.

Dear Colleen,

There are few words to describe our appreciation for being Vander's other Mom. We simply love you for all you and your Ruff N' Tumble home have done for us.
